Vacuum insulation panel (VIP) is a kind of cold insulation material. The air evacuated rigid core is sealed with the film to prevent heat leaks. Comparing with the conventional insulation material, VIP panels provide five to ten times higher thermal insulation performance at the same thickness. It often used in the industries that required for limited space, such as construction, walls, freezers, cold chain logistics, and more.
1.MEVAC® VIP panels are environmentally green and safety insulation materials. It does not use ozone-depleting substances in the production and application process and the material can be recycled.
2. Efficient thermal insulation, heat insulation, and cold insulation performance. Fumed silica core VIP panels not only has thermal insulation performance 5 to 10 times higher than traditional insulation materials such as EPS, XPS, glass wool, rock/mineral wool, and ceramic wool, but also maintains high strength and low density.

When VIP panels used in household appliances, refrigerators and cold storages, it saves 10% to 30% energy and increases the internal volume by 20% to 30%; when used in insulated boxes, the volume of the insulated boxes is reduced by 70% and the coolant is reduced by 68%. The insulation time is extended by 66%, which reduces shipping costs and increases internal space.
